Coverage period

Every machine we sell comes with a 1-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. Coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser named on the GST invoice.

What's covered

• Hardware faults and component failures under normal, intended use.
• Defects in parts we repaired or replaced during refurbishment.
• Motherboard, storage, memory, display and port failures not caused by misuse.
• Repair, replacement with an equivalent unit, or a refund — our choice, your benefit.

What's excluded

• Accidental damage, drops, cracked screens and physical impact.
• Liquid damage and damage from exposure to moisture or extreme conditions.
• Normal battery capacity decline over time and ordinary cosmetic wear.
• Damage from unauthorised repairs, modifications or third-party parts.
• Consumables, software issues and data loss.

How to claim

1. Email support@greenworth.in with your order number and a short description of the issue.
2. Our team will troubleshoot with you and, if needed, arrange a pickup.
3. We inspect the device, then repair, replace or refund it — typically within 7–10 business days of receipt.

We back our devices because we test them properly. If something covered goes wrong, we'll make it right.
