Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send a confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount already paid.
• Product photos show the actual unit; condition grades are described honestly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Greenworth is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including data loss, arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
