7-day return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if a device isn't the right fit for you. Start a return by emailing support@greenworth.in with your order number.

Condition required

• The device must be in the same condition you received it.
• Include all original accessories, cables and packaging.
• Back up and remove your data — we securely wipe every returned device on receipt.
• Returns showing new damage or missing items may be subject to a reduced refund.

Refund timeline

1. We arrange a pickup once your return is approved.
2. On arrival, we inspect the device — usually within 2–3 business days.
3. Once cleared, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a covered fault.
