Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Returns requested within the 7-day window and approved by our team.
• Devices with a covered fault under the 1-month warranty.
• Orders we cancel due to stock, pricing errors or non-delivery.
• Devices must be returned with all accessories and packaging in the condition received.

How to request

1. Email support@greenworth.in with your order number and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup where applicable.
3. We inspect the returned device before approving the refund.

Timelines

Once a refund is approved, the amount is credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, it may take a little longer to reflect in your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a covered fault.
